Cancellation Policy: Should you need to postpone the visit for any reason, Enchanted Princesses by Alyse requests at least 48 hours notice before your party's scheduled date and time.

Due to the uncertainty of the times, Enchanted Princesses by Alyse has the right to postpone a visit for several reasons including, but not limited to, an act of God, a sick performer, a sick child, or a family member/ guest of the child. Please also read our COVID-19 Addendum below.

In this case, we will do everything in our power to reschedule the visit to a date that is convenient for you.
​
Arrival Policy: Please allow for 15 minutes of flexibility for the Princess to arrive at the party or event.
​
Guest Behavior: To keep the magic alive, please encourage all guests to be on their best behavior. Please be aware that we reserve the right to leave the event due to inappropriate or hostile behaviors, which include but are not limited to verbal or physical abuse, pushing, hitting, pulling on hair or costume, etc.
​
Location Requests: We request that the party area be in a COOL, SHADED AREA, NOT IN DIRECT SUN, FREE OF DIRT, MUD, SAND, AGGRESSIVE WIND, and RAIN (or anything that may be damaging to the costume and wig). Please have an alternate location prepared in case of inclement weather, or temperatures greater than 85 degrees or less than 55 degrees.

Character Integrity: We do our best to maintain character integrity to keep the magic alive and ask that you do the same while we are in attendance! Here are some tips to help us make this a magical experience:

Please address the performer by only the hired character's name throughout the party.

Please do not say words like "wig" or "costumes"

Our Princess will intentionally try to park away from the party to make sure the children do not see her arriving in a car. If for some reason we need to park in the driveway, we ask that you keep the kids distracted to prevent them from seeing us get in/out of the car. In addition, we request that the adults help to keep the kids from following us back out to the car after the party.

Affiliations: Enchanted Princesses by Alyse must confirm with each client that they understand that we are in no way affiliated with Disney or other trademarked companies. We do not rent nor sell ANY trademarked products or materials. We have no intention of infringing on any copyrights and take every necessary precaution to avoid doing so. Please note that it is not our intention to violate any copyright laws, so we attempt to make our character different from well-known, licensed, patented, and or copyrighted characters using uniquely designed costumes and names of our own characters. Any resemblance to nationally known copyrighted characters is strictly incidental. If you have any questions regarding this issue, we encourage you to contact us. We also request that on social media you refer to the character using the non-trademarked names!
Limitation of Liability: Enchanted Princesses by Alyse assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party, to your guests, or to your property.

COVID-19 Addendum
​As with the transmission of any communicable disease like a cold or the flu, you may be exposed to COVID-19, also known as “Coronavirus,” at any time or in any place. Be assured that Enchanted Princesses by Alyse is taking every measure to keep everyone healthy by using good hand-washing techniques and staying home when ill.

Despite our careful attention to the above precautions, there is still a chance that you could be exposed to an illness, just as you might be at your gym, grocery store, or favorite restaurant.
​
Finally, please understand that for your protection and the protection of the performers, Enchanted Princesses by Alyse has the right to cancel the visit if the performer, child, immediate family member of the child, or party guest in attendance has a temperature of over 99.9 or displays any symptoms of COVID-19 (including but not limited to fever, flu-like symptoms, GI upset, loss of taste or smell, cough or rashes). We will happily do our best to reschedule our visit to a day when everyone is healthy!

Payment Policy
We ask that payment in full be made no later than a week prior to the visit or event.
